A: 原因是您的Email還未被驗證, 請前往您的郵箱激活Mycocoa會員

▽ △ Q: 如何使用Connect系統,?
A: 1. 登入
Mycocoa并前往電郵完成電郵驗證 (如果登入后顯示驗證電郵系統頁面)
2. 到
更新帳號資訊填入正確的
Youtube 頻道 ID (
查詢ID )
3. 點擊
確認鍵
4. 到聊天室輸入
!connect , 保登心愛Bot顯示成功開通通知即表示connect成功
注意: 如果是因為還未connect原因被封鎖點播權限, 請在connect后耐心等待, 24小時內台管理員將手動解封, 您也可以在聊天室尋求管理員幫忙解封.
A: 有兩個原因, 未完成電郵驗證或Youtube頻道ID輸入錯誤, 詳情請參考上一個問題, 更新Youtube頻道ID圖解:
A: 點播被封鎖原因有兩個, 請根據情況對號入座:
1. 還未connect - 請參照第一題. 24小時內台管理員將手動解封, 您也可以在聊天室尋求解封.
2. 違反了點播規則 - 如果您的狀態為永久封鎖, 並且原因為 違反/濫用點播規則, 那說明您的點播權限已被永久收回. 如果對有任何疑慮, 請聯絡客服cs@mycocoa.org請求協助.
▽ △ Q: 我已經成功connect了, 為什麼還是無法點播?
A: 24小時內台管理員將會手動為您解封, 您也可以在聊天室尋求即刻解封. 使用聊天室解封請先提供您的用戶ID. 例: 我已成功完成connect, 用戶ID: xxxx 請求解封
▽ △ Q: 為何輸入了指令Bot卻沒反應, 被無視了?
A: 您輸入的指令前面可能含有隱藏字符(零宽空格)請刪除指令前面的隱藏字元后重新嘗試. 這是在複製到YT聊天室時常見的問題.
▽ △ Q: 為什麼我輸入了幾次都沒有用, 並且我的問題在聊天室都得不到回應, 好像無存在般?
A: 您可能之前違反了聊天室規則並屢勸不聽/進行宣傳被管理員封殺了, 如果要申請解封請到
聊天室回報進行解封
▽ △ Q: What is Connect system, what is the step to use it?
A: Before you able to request the song from the song requesting system, you need to use the Connect system to verify your Youtube account. The verifying step are shown as below. If you can't understand Chinese, I am sorry, you need a google translate for the whole process.
1. login
Mycocoa Member and then go to your mailbox to verify your E-mail address (if you are redirect to the E-mail verifying page)
2. Go to
Profile Update to update or correct your
Youtube Channel ID (
check your Channel ID )
3. After done the correction, press the
Confirm button below it
4. go to the live chat on Youtube and enter the command
!connect , 保登心愛Bot will reply to your massage, and if you see your user name and ID in the massage, it mean you are successfully verify your account.
PS: If you have been ban to request song which is due to the !connect issue, after you done the verifying step, kindly wait the admin to reactivate your permission. It will be done within 24 hour.
A: there have two main reasons, check if you have verify your email or you have update your youtube channel ID or not. For verifying Youtube ID issue, please refer to the last question, the graphic solution of !connect is shown as below:
A: there have 2 reason that you maybe get ban from requesting song:
1. No connected to YT yet - you're still didnt verify your youtube account, ple follow the step in the first question.
2. Violation of rules - If your status show you are ban permanently, and the reason get ban is violation of rules, that's mean you are not be able to request the song anymore. Any question please feel free to Email to cs@mycocoa.org.

A: Please don't copy and paste, type the word by yourself.
